Day 5!! Yeah kind of disappointed with it same 1lb I only seem to drop 1lb a week . So Monday will be all liquids for 2/5 days for me again . I hate that I can't drop more then 1 lb no matter what I seem to do what a pitfa. Sent from my iPhone using VST

Ok September girls 260/240 5'4/5'7 what is your body fat % my Doc,Nut and Exercise guy have me tripping out. My body fat % is 35%. That is what my scale reads and what the hand held scale at my nuts office reads. Do you know yours? I'm so short on my wanted today only have maybe 40oz in will have to down 90oz o.0 I can do it. No that not to much protein I do about the same . I sneaked and look at the scale I'm down 1lb that's good but I only drop 1lb a week anyway. My normal weigh in day is Saturday I hope it's more by Saturday lol I'm 6 lbs away from 199 it's driving me crazy Sent from my iPhone using VST

I have had a few not ff ice cream that's just nasty. I had half of what the serving size was. I marked it down on my fitness pal and gave myself 15 more mins on the electrical . I'm not on a diet I have a permanent portion control device now my sleeve. I have to live the rest my life like a normal human. If I want some chips I eat some chips. I did not till I was ok by my nut to do so. But if I eat some junk I work off that junk just like any other normal woman Let me add had chips 3/4 times. Popcorn air poped 1/2 times. And nuts are ok for me anytime after I was 3 months out so I have had them maybe 6 times. I'm 5 months out. Sent from my iPhone using VST -

The smaller you get the less inches between each size. The bigger you are the more inches between sizes. I use American Eagle and Lane Bryant size charts here. That's the best I can do hope it helps now keep in mind mushing into a size is not the same as being in that size. I can mush my butt in a 14 but I slide easy in a 16. Wast/Hips 48/56 size 28 46/54 size 26 44/52 size 24 42/50 size 22 40/48 size 20 38/46 size 18 34/44 size 16 33/42 size 14 31/41 size 12 30/39 size 10 28/38 size 8 27/37 size 6 Sent from my iPhone using VST -

Yeah I think you should but a low carb one. I down one that is 56g Protein 6carbs but 330 cals. It's Isopure 2 scoops of powder 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter I can't stand the isopure taste so the PB hides it lol. Sent from my iPhone using VST

Could be coz there is about an inch from size to size the smaller you get I go by American eagles size chart they have the most standardized for us sizes. Wast/Hips 34/44 size 16 33/42 size 14 31/41. size 12 30/39 size 10 28/38 size 8 27/37. size 6 Sent from my iPhone using VST
