The isopure in the Glass bottles hold 40 g of protein and 20 ounces of fluid each. So I add 20 ounces extra to that and it doesn't seem to bother me much. it does take me all day to drink it all . My doctor just called to check up on me and finally got cleared to take Gas-X strips and said that I'm doing great when it comes to doing my fluids and protein that way:)

I'm 3 days out and got 80 grams of protein and 64 oz of fluids in o.0. I have gas pain but that's about it. 2oz of beef broth and through out the day 4oz of sugar free pudding. The protein came from the isopure in the glass bottles. -

Just got my drain removed that hurt like heck. Get the clear liquid diet started here in about an hour no more ice chips only lol. I do feel pretty good tho -
On the 26 I was sleeved so I did it it's really done . Boy does the pain suck so many wires and tubes it's hard to get up to walk

Same here more hair falling then norm. We have the same day I hate this 2 week diet. What I am working on is more sleep and in take of 64 oz of water and protein. Hope it helps the nut said it will we will See -
