5"6 before sleeve 244 sleeved 26th today 235 -
The 26th here if I can blend it or mash it with a fork I can have it had stuffed salmon last night it rocked even called my dietitian 10 times to make sure what I could eat think she is sick of me asking can I have this lol " if I can blend it I can have it" lmao but pre-cooked bag chicken that you would get were the rack lunchmeat is does not sit well for me.

Yep I'm a slow loser but I was told going into this that I would be. Knowing that does not make it any better. Why am I a slow loser well I was not a big eater I was more of a food forgetter. I'd skip food time maybe eat dinner or eat bad fast food dinner and that would be all I had for the day. Holding a strong 580$ a month Starbucks habit. Very little to no exercise. So I lost 10lb on my 2 week perop diet. Here I am 2 weeks after my sleev I am only down 8lb I was wishing for more. I am getting my fluid and protein in walking 5 miles a day. My body measurements have not changed. So yeah slow sucks but it's something I knew going in but still makes me sad frustrated and pissed off . Ty for letting me vent hugz

I have not had Starbucks in 3 months. I gave that up when I decided to get my sleeve.
-
Lmao well I had 3 kids all natural and 9 to 9 1/2 each sleeve hurt more coz the pain lasted longer
-
No it don't hurt till you wake up then it hurts pretty good the 1st day. The drain out is some kind of voodoo crazzy pain you will understand what that is when they take it out. But in all it's not to bad
-
For me yes I even walked watching it count steps. When you have it hooked to your fitness pal it's cal count is a bit off but on its own it's right. It has its own app and web site. It does food eaten steps taken floors sleep thing I would look it up. I had mine before like four months before my sleeve to track all that stuff I really love it and you buy it again if mine stoped working.
-
Yeah cost 100 at best buy so kind of costly but map my walk is really good huge down side don't work with my tredmill I've been doing most of my walking outside but it's getting cold will have to dust off the tredmill lol

Had my sleeve the 26th doing really good. I'm on mushy foods walking 3 mils a day and doing 10k steps and 8 floors on my fitbit dropping about a lb a day. Day of surgery I was 244.6 . Today I'm 237.0 5"6 36 years 3 kids don't really hurt much at all. I'm just blending whatever I cook for the Family or eating shrimp . P.s typing badly I have lost my glasses again lmao.

Just How Much Is Everyone Exercising?
ArtSong replied to Ready4success's topic in Fitness & Exercise
My sleeve was September 26th I'm doing 3 walks a day 1 1/2 Miles each 7 days a week. -
My doctor had me on clear liquids until I left the hospital. Then full liquids for seven days "starting date from surgery ". I am to start mushy blender foods Wednesday. I'm afraid to try anything kind of worried I'm going to get sick or hurting myself. I know my doctor knows best and I follow his plan but that doesn't make me worry any less lol. Can anybody give me any input on the first thing they ate?

My Suggestion-Stop The Obsessing. Rules Are Meant To Be Broken
ArtSong replied to NJSleeveboy's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Everyone has a right to their own thoughts and opinions. Take from it what you will read into it as you like. Always ask your doc and do what your doc ask of you to do. I enjoyed the read never once did I put it as the end all of facts. just something to read and maybe some things to ask my doc at the next ap. -
Cream of wheat was part of my full liquid stage. I seem to handle it very well. I haven't been very hungry" mostly head Hunger" I have tolerated the fool if it stays very well.

Question For 5 Days Out
ArtSong replied to ashleytn's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I was sleeved on the 26th and kind of the same here not a lot of pain. Went back to work today but man I want to eat lol. I'm still sluggish incision on my left side has a stabbing kind of hurt to it. But not doing to bad -
I can easily drink my 64 ounces of fluid and get in my 80 g of protein. Isopure in the glass bottles is how I get the proteins and 40 ounces of fluid. I feel no discomfort when it comes to eating sugarfree Popsicles sugar free Jell-O sugar-free pudding and I was put on full liquid . I still have gas pain and abdomen pain. I'm starting to worry that maybe I'm doing something wrong or something wasn't done right. My surgery was on September 26
