I talked to my dietitian and my exercise physiologist they both think I'm in a stall. I see them next week to see what is going on. I get to do different exercises as of the morning tg walking was getting old been doing the long mile walking months before I was sleeved. I have only lost 10 lb in 3 weeks of being sleeved. I was 244 5"6 to start I'm 234 now. I get in my water and protein. I know it's ok to be slow but this is slow slow it is really bring me down big time. I read about ppl and there 15 20 and up weight loss and I'm at 10 ;( . I work out 7 days a week 5 mils a day and I get only 10 ;( . What am I doing wrong I'm almost in tears over this.

Carbs are 20 and under sugar 5 and under water I get a lot in as well.

3 weeks out and pushing 400 to 570 cal intake. All protein and water I get in fine.

Roll call from me still pretty pist off about getting the sleeve. Still at 10 lb down in 3 weeks not cheated one time working out 7 days a week 5 mils a day 0.o. As of right now I feel like I wasted 25k of hard cash so mad. I was sleeved in the Us. So hope next week I will be down more the 0.7 th of a lb I would love to see 230 before Nov. I use the app on my iPhone so no ticker. Date 9/26/12 before the sleeve 244 5"6 3 kids today 234 5"6 still 3kids lmao. Sleeved in Dayton Ohio self pay. Doc and nut have me on soft foods in the morning I was on mushy for the past 2 weeks. I have Mfp and eat between 400 to 570 cals. That's a lot of info I think lmao I have lost 1 inch each off thighs bust tummy hips.

I eat to fast still and not sure what to do I have little dished spoons forks. I eat my food and 5 or 10 mins all 3oz are gone. It does not hurt no bad gass why do I have to be so slow?

I was checking emails and scheduling business appointments from the recovery room lmao. But then again I'm a workaholic and drove myself home from the hospital. I had surgery on Wednesday went home Friday back to work on Monday.

Omg it does lmao I gave up and just make a big thing of chill and freeze it in Little 2 ounce containers. Had it all day today kids like it so that works. The strangest thing I'm no longer lactose intolerant after surgery 0.o . I was big time before but now mm milk is good lol. In all I'm doing really well Wednesday will be my three weeks.

ATM I'm not sure I read that right myself o.0 of I did them o yes you will be slow the more you have the faster you are. I was 244 I have lost 8lb in almost 3weeks . I was relatively active before I was sleeved and not a big eater. You have a lot less to drop you might be slow.

We don't go out for dinner 3 nights a week now. I own my own company so I work a lot and we would go out to eat a lot oliv garden, Logan steakhouse not really bad places good food. But now I cook more. Date night was not the same this Friday lol I took my fiancée for a full body massage and I got a pedicure got the kids a few new toys and such this weekend. And still was not as much as I would spend feeding all of us I was very surprised.

5"6 244 before sleeve. Sleeved on 9/26/12 have 3 kids full time job self pay in the US. After the sleeve im 235 as if last monday I stopped weighing myself Everyday now its on the 26th only lol. I have not had really any problems at all. I eat ok get my pro and water in walk 5 mils a day I went back to work after 4 days. I drove myself to the hospital and I drove myself home after I was sleeved lmao. All of my incisions are fully healed on the outside. Other then walking is getting old all is well over here.

If it was not gods intention then god would not have granted us the know how and wisdom to do so. That's all I have on this god gives us the wisdom to do things for ourselves.

After dropping 9 lb from my sleeve on 9/26/12 I have hit a stall yeah I'm kind of pisted about it. Pist coz I was self pay 25k I did not go outside the us to have it done. Walking 5 mils a day eating 400/600 cals a day. I am only down 9 lb I lost 9 on the perop diet. So that's a huge 18 lbs. My measurements are down 1 inch tummy,hip,thigh . But still mad as heck about this wanted to be down more . so really just sad over all of this ATM. I get all water and pro in just fine. Ps I hate this phone lmao

Wow there's water evenly around me in the bath tub 0.o not the large amount of water in front and small cup full behind me. No there's water in front and behind me and it's the same amount lmao. To make things even better on my wak this morning I did this odd slow running like thing think it was kind like jogging rotflmao. It was an awkward looking jogging but it was still jogging

14 days out down 9 lb slow is right but I'll take it even with my walking 5 mils a day
