Don't do it I had my shot 30 days before my sleeve 12 weeks and I'm only down 27 lbs I think it had a lot to do with the shot.

At 12 weeks and down only 27lb's cost 25k self pay. I was 244 the morning of I have only lost 1 lb Sense nov 23 to date . Yes I workout and I get in my Protein and fluids in some days ok a lot of days I have the why I do this and other days I'm happy I did but wont know for sure till a year lol

K yeah getting a little bored with tiny bits of food o.0 . So think I'll make a lot of appetizers at least there jazzed up and look cool lmao. I will put them on my small bistro sets they only hold 1oz each dish at least then my food will look pretty lol.

I did see some at Target but cost a lot more. So if you don't have a Christmas tree shop you can look on line there then there is target. I've only seen them called dessert dishes and bistro sets.

If there is no medical reason for you to use it your a drug addict you use it to get a drug high. If you use it for recreation again your a drug addict and you use it to get high. if you use it for medical reasons and have a prescription for it then you use it for your medical need. I have Family members that are long-term years and years pot smokers. They chose to smoke then do much with there life and are either on welfare or jobless. So there you go my 2 bits on the matter. I wanted to goto MVH but I have had no complications and a fast recovery so not much to complain about I think Grandview has a message board I have never used it I should coz man do I need a gym buddy. MVH has monthly group meetings I misted the one on the 13th I think it was I was in meetings all day

Call your doctor! I have strep throat and a sinus infection my doctor told me take anything I want to if it's not gone in a few days "4" go to a urgent care or make an appointment with my pcp.

( I am sure the doctor would tell you not to start again.) I quit on August 27 and won't be starting back. .... smoke marijuana? It makes your body retain Water and slows the bodies ability to make more lean muscle and I don't do drugs so never asked. ... anything else? Fly out for business trips after two weeks. Caffeine after 14 days I did wait until seven weeks to start drinking coffee.

I went back after 4 days omg bad move. I thought since I sit at a desk all day would be no problem. I forgot about the whole sitting part crunching your tummy. It was such a bad move on my part. If you can take a few weeks off do so.
