Holiday Melt Down-----time to get back on track!
Carrie's Journey replied to legal loser's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Same here. I didn't gain but I haven't lost in the last couple weeks and I'm 5 months out. It's the damn carbs!!! I need to to back to basics and get the carbs out of my system. We can do it! -
Just want to let everyone know that all hot drinks are 20% off right now at bariatricchoice.com. The protidiet protein hot cocoa is a staple of mine most mornings (with coffee mixed in)! It tastes just like regular cocoa.

I'm 5 months out so it's a lot easier to eat and drink now. I'm supposed to get 100 G protein a day and I rarely do. But always at least 60... It'll get easier. In the beginning I drank a ton of shakes to get my Fluid and protein in. Now I just have one a day...sometimes 2.

I have some pants and jeans in 14 and 16 I'd love to give someone! Most jeans are Calvin Klein, some pants are Ann Taylor Loft. I'm asking for $40 to cover shipping and to hopefully be able to get myself a new pair of jeans! Everything is in great condition.

I started around 190 and had surgery on 7/31. I'm around 145 now. It's slow but I didn't have as much to lose...about 15 more to go. -

I'm good...148 today, goal (according to dr) is 125-130 but I'd be happy to maintain in the 130s. I can't believe I'm a size 8 from 16/18. -

East Bay Area...surgery by Dr. Cirangle in SF (at Concord John Muir. -
I drink it with water (about 12 oz per scoop) but I may try milk soon for the smoothie taste. It's not bad at all...just play with the amount of liquid.
