I too had a headache and was nauseated on the first day, I also got my period the same day... Yeah you can imagine how pleasant (not)! I was. I also have to cook for my family... But by day 4 I think I'm ok.... I hope Good luck!

Good luck on 9/12! And I agree the Adkins shakes are horrible! Did you try Unjury protein shakes? The chocolate splendor is really good!

Thanks! I have an Unjury protein shake for breakfast and lunch and 6oz of lean protein and non-starchy vegs for dinner. Oh, I can have 2 apples a day as snack if needed. What do you have to do?
