Almost 6 weeks out..I was sleeved 10/10. I have had very few complications, (lactose intolerance)seems to be my only issue. I have lost 78lbs (that includes pre-op weight loss) so far. I started at a size 24/26 pants and 2X top -- I am now wearing size 18 pants and 14/16 tops!! -

I am 25 days out and haven't been able to drink Protein shakes for about a week and I am only getting about 15-20 grams of protein from food. I have been drinking Isopure (40 grams of protein) over the day to get in my protein. -

Holly5.3 I too live on Long Island in Suffolk county, who was your surgeon? When were you sleeved? I had mine on 10/10 with Dr Ahmad. I am on stage 2, but now my body is done with dairy every time I have yogurt or a Protein shake it doesn't agree with my insides. I am really hoping to move to the next stage! -

Hi, Had mine 10/10, I lost 10lbs the week after surgery a total of 63lbs since beginning this journey. When I go back to the doctor 11/1, I will see my latest weight loss, and will be happy to move to the Stage 3 diet! Good Luck! -
