I am just over 3 months out and I eat steak (4 - 5oz) and I cook for my family. I eat the same protein and veg I just don't have the starch/carbs, I do taste for seasoning just in very small amounts. I still bake cookies and cakes with my children I just don't eat them. -

I too have protein bars -- I can't even look at a protein shake now without gagging! I like the Pure Protein Chocolate Deluxe, 180 calories and 20 grams of protein.

As the others have said Greek yogurt has much more protein than regular yogurt... I think Fage is the best, try Fage 2% with half a banana cut into small cubes its really good.
