I have been coloring my hair every 4 weeks, since I was sleeved back in October -- I think the coloring helps camouflage the thinning.

I am 13 weeks out a down 102lbs (50 pre-op). I am so happy with my sleeve, I have gone back to school at night, something I always wanted to do but my weight was holding me back (besides I would never have fit in the seat). I have 77lbs to go!

I had to wait until 2 months for salad.

At least 64oz of Water Breakfast - coffee with half /half and a pure Protein bar lunch - 3 - 4 oz grilled chicken with greek yogurt sauce dinner - 4oz protein (fish, chicken, beef or pork) some kind of veg I'm not a big snacker but I will sometimes have almonds or cucumber with lemon -

I. I see a less fat girl in the mirror... 2. No I that's why I had this surgery in the first place. 3. I get cranky if I wait too long in between eating (forget to eat) 4. I have so much energy, it's amazing the amount I get done, especially since I'm not on the couch eating chips! -

My dog sleeps in our bed every night, post-op was no different. He sleeps down by my feet and I never had any problems. -
