    So little weight loss!

Please don't let your 2lb loss get you down, remember that you are probably still retaining a lot of IV Fluid from the surgery. Good Luck and welcome to the losers bench!

    Weight loss for 300+ sleevers!

I started at 338 & 5'7" and had lost 50lbs by my 10/10 surgery date. I have lost another 58 since surgery. Honestly, any loss is a good loss in my book. Good Luck!

    Yesterday was the day!

    Woo hoo! Congrats!
  5. Congrats on your awesome weight loss! I was sleeved on 10/10/12 and have lost 108lbs so far, my highest weight was 338 -- I would like to be at least 159lbs (normal BMI). So that would make me a little over halfway there...

    Wedding 11 days post op....?

You should be fine, bring your protein drinks and don't even think of eating ice cream. (your poor insides will most definitely make you pay for it and not in a good way)

    Stupid Question!

I used to put it in the freezer, so it was semi-frozen..and a better consistency.
  10. I don't think you are actually starving, you may want bread(more than likely, its head hunger), but I wouldn't think that would be a very good idea. Call your NUT and ask what your options are, this too will pass...

    Stupid Question!

Nope plain yogurt, says "plain yogurt" on the front.

    New and trying to decide

I had the sleeve on 10/10, it was one of the best decisions that I have ever made. The bypass was not really a choice for me as I tend to be anemic and the bypass would only make that worse. The lap band needs way too many adjustments for my busy lifestyle (work full-time, school at night and have 2 small children) Plus I was back to work in a week and was able to take care of my family again in just a few days! Good luck in whichever you choose!
