Not available in stores, but from a quality stand point, Isagenix is very good as well. I find the flavors very good and can be mixed with water or non-fat milk, but not pre-made.

The best that has worked for me is Isagenix. Better tasting that some of the store brands, also comes in bars.

Lake_gurl, I cant really answer about the sleeve but I know it has been used for other bariatric proceedures as Meal Replacements. I was considering surgery and decided to give Isagenix a try first. In 2-1/2 months I am down 30 pounds. I'm sleeping better and certainly have more energy. There are other comments about the company being a MLM which it is and how you buy the products. But take that out of the picture for a minute, I look at it like this, buy it from a personal distributor or a store, whats the difference. But I can tell you the products are amazing.
