Found this recipe and it sounds good. Ingredients * 8 – 10 oz ground organic, lean turkey meat (you can use chicken breast) * 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped * 2 garlic cloves, minced * 4 thick slices of zucchini (or eggplant, summer squash, etc.) * Olive oil spray * Salt & pepper to taste * Toppings: sliced tomato, avocado, cheese, ketchup, mustard, mayo, hot sauce, etc. Instructions * In a large bowl, combine the turkey meat, oregano and garlic cloves, and mix with your hands until fully combined. Form into two patties and set aside. * Heat a grill pan (or outdoor grill) to medium high heat. * Spray the zucchini on both sides and sprinkle with salt and pepper. * Add the zucchini to the grill pan, cooking 2 – 3 minutes per side until you have nice grill marks and the zucchini still holds its shape. * Add the turkey burgers to the grill, cooking 3 – 5 minutes per side, until cooked. * Serve between zucchini slices and add your preferred toppings. * Enjoy! Meant to say, carb

I would say no due to the sugar and care content. sugar free popsicles saved me and I still eat them.

I didnt start eating nuts until I was 4-5 months post op. I wanted to make sure I was healed first.

Cut boneless chicken breast into cubes Olive oil Garlic salt All seasoning Parsley (optional) Asparagus mixed stir fry (I used the frozen pkg) you can put any veggie in 1 jar Alfredo sauce (I used the off brand at Walmart n ut was lower in carbs) I sauted it all together but next time I will cook the veggie first then add. Place olive oil in pan, chicken, and season generously with garlic, all season & parsley . Cook veggies until almost done then drain juices and add to chicken mixture. When chicken is done add Alfredo sauce & enjoy. If anyone has other ideas to add to thus would love to hear.

Due to the issues with bypass my personal opinion old be the sleeve obviously it wld be since that is what i had done

Roll Call for the July 2012 Sleevers! "5 Months Surgiversary"
Ljp replied to Changing B4YourEyes's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I am 44 years old and I WAS a sugar addict! No more though. I am six months out and have lost 73 lbs. My highest weight was 244.7 lbs. I am now 171. I have been a slow user but I have been continually losing and Im very proud at what I hv lost. Im not going to complain because others lose quicker. Very proud of ALL of you and the loss. Its very exciting. I have went from a size 22-24 pants to now in a 16 that are baggy. Whoohoo. I also went from a 3x shirt to a medium shirt size and sometimes large...depends on the shirt. I feel so much better and healthier. I can get in the floor and play with my grandson now. I feel confident I will lose the rest. Don't get discouraged if you feel you're a slow user. It will come off! -
