Kellogs All Bran Cereal is a good source of fiber. I eat with Pure Silk almond milk unsweetened. 1gram of carb in that milk and if you minus the fiber from the carbs in the cereal its only 13 carbs. Worth it to me to get fiber.

Well what's the verdict? Do u like it? I just ordered one and can't wait to get it.

Does anyone have one of these? If so would love to hear about it. Its suppose to cook faster & be healthier.

Yes you really should go by what your doctor hs told you. Every doctor is diff on what they allow you to have. I have seen where people were on liquids for six weeks to eating soft foods first wk

Every doctor is diff on what they allow. So depending o. What you can have. Noodles ws something I didn't do. I ws allowed broth of course, yogurt, sugar free jello and sugar free popsicles and mashpotaoes.

It is tough going from high calorie to almost no calorie. Hopefully eating yogurt will help. Have you tried mash potatoes?
-
It does take time to get thru this stage. Head hunger---learning to deal with it. I ate the broth from chicken noodle soup and tossed the noodles lol I also ate yogurt.
-
I used a baby spoon for several months. It really helped a lot to learn to eat slower and smaller bites.

There is also flatout bread and pita bread that is low carbs. I find it at Walmart in front of the Deli lunch meat section. My family loves the flatout bread to make sandwiches. I cut the pita bread in 4 sections, lightly spray cooking pan and cook on each side until lightly crisp and eat tacos and fajitas in them. I also eat corn tortillas at times.

Yes it happens. Prayer helped me more than anything and Eating Sugar free popsicles.

Did you guys chose the sleeve surgery? If so how was your experience going there? I had mine in Acuna Mexico but its cheaper in Tijuana so she is looking into having it done there.
