Hey do you mind me asking who did your TT in Tijuana? Cost? And having a tummy tuck will that remove stretch marks too? I had my sleeve done in Acuna Mexico but Im looking into TT in the future.

Everyone is diff on what works for them so you may need to try diff things to see what works for you. For the first 3-4 months I did abt 30 carbs daily. I log my food in myfitnesspal to keep up with my carbs, Protein and calorie intake. 5+ months I do 30-70 carbs. I dont pay much attention to fat grams just calories, carbs, & protein and sugar content.
