It really depends on what your doctors preferences are. As you may hv noticed on here that some doctors okay some things while others don't approve. It doesnt mean one is right the other is wrong & visa versa. Also everyone on here tolerates things differently. Having said that, are you able to tolerate that at 3wks? I also dont thk at 3wks it wld be good to eat the crust. Just my opinion. Everyone tolerates things at diff stages. My surgery was July 16th & I do very good with meat, any kind but starchy & Pasta not so good at all. We are all diff. Good luck!

Some of you may thk "whatever" cause its that simple. I was leary of eating a turkey burger but knew I needed too. So i bought Jennie-o 93/7 lean white turkey bugers 10g fat, 200 calories, 28 Protein. Thawed burger Tajin classic seasoning Chopped onions Sprayed pan with pam, placed onions in pan--sprinkled with Tajin seasoning. Cook until golden brown. Season burger generously with Tajin seasoning, cook with onions. It was delicious. One of the best seasons I hv ever used but tht will depend on your taste. Would love to hear what seasons you use.

My husband ate a bite of my turkey burger tonight & liked it, which is a miracle for him. He is picky on what he eats

Help! Complications Could Cause Me To Have Bypass!
Ljp replied to TiredOfChubRub's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
My surgery date was july 16th & liquids hv been rough on me from the get go. I prob get abt that much in & on good days a little more. I tried lemon lime gatorade friday night & actually drank tht pretty good. Its crazy tht i hv more prob drinking then I do eating. My stomach was swollen for abt 6-8 weeks also. I wld research more & take your info with your questions to your doctor. Get second opions if tht will help you get peace of mind. Everyone heals differently. My cousin had his surgery in may & he has a hard time eating certain meats. Mine ws n July & I do grt with meats, its the starchy food i hv a hard time with. Everyone is diff & every doctor is different. Be open & honest w yours & tell him your concerns, ask how a bypass will help (you may hv already). This is your body, ask away. Please keep us updated on your recovery. Thx
