I'm about 4 months post-op, down 45 pounds and 38 inches overall, which I'm thrilled about, however.....I am at least 2 weeks without ANY weight loss and I'm getting discouraged. Does anyone have any tips on how I can start losing again? Here is what I'm doing:
I'm exercising about 3 times per week - Cardio or strength training for 30 minutes.
Drinking about 24-32 ounces of water per day (some days a little more / little less)
I try to drink a protein shake (with extra protein powder) at least once per day, and then beans, cheese, meat, nuts for the rest of the day to get my protein in daily. Very little to no carbs.
I am staying to 1/2 cup of food at a sitting.
Very little snacking in between meals - so only about 3 meals a day.
Vitamins, calcium & Biotin daily.
Should I go back to liquid/puree phase of the diet? Drink more? More protein? I want to lose at least 30 more pounds by Thanksgiving, so any advice would be greatly appreciated
