I take liquid vit and that has helped me. I can not take regular or I just throw them up

My dr recommended (and it has worked!) metimucil clear and stool softerner. I used these daily and have not had any of the problems you have mentioned since I started it. -

Could be constipation. This happens to me. I use stool softerner and it really helps
