Sept. 17 down 32 pounds ..I have also stared doing zumba -
Lost 18 pound the first week and I have yet to loose another pound the second. Today makes two weeks and I am scared I am not doing something right. I am on soft foods all ready and I was able to eat a scrambled egg this morning and cream of wheat for lunch and for dinner a piece of roast with a little piece of potato. is anyone experiencing the same thing??

The doctor has me on half and half full liquids ..the only time I was on clear liquids was when I was in the hospital. So I throw in a pudding or yogurt with my water, broths, Popsicles .. I hope I am doing this right but I read what the dietitian and the release papers stated and it says the same thing

jennaruth posted a topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
So I have waited a long time to for this day to come but now that the day is just around the corner I feel like there is so much to do with very little time. I feel like I don't have everything I need to get me by the next 2 weeks post surgery and i am so lost with Protein drinks and what I need to do ....also getting the house ready for the family while I am under construction ( 6 month old and a 8 year old boys and a husband that works 8am to 9pm) I just wanted to check in with my fellow peeps to see what your doing to prepare... also how are you handling nerves I keep reading crazy stories as far as recovery pain and issues after surgery.
