    do you still use a cpap ?

    i stopped using cpap a few weeks post-op. I should of had the pressure turned down, but i just stopped wearing it and now I dont snore anymore. Sleep like a baby now.

  7. Update for week 14. Lost 6lbs this week for a total of 107lbs. Current weight is 285.
  8. Good stuff. Losing weight is great but getting our lives back is better.
  9. Update. Week 13 down 101 lbs. Starting weight 392lbs current weight 291lbs. Went from size 46 jeans to size 40. Pics to follow shortly.

    Anyone members at planet fitness?

    Anyone members at planet fitness and have a circuit training section? Man I did the 30 min circuit and it kicked my butt. Felt a nice burn and worked up a good sweat. I recommend trying it.

    I was about a week out before I had my first bm.
  12. Sleeved Jan 7 2013. Down 86lbs. Started at 392 day of surgery. Down to 306lbs as of monday. Only weigh in on Mondays. Lost 7lbs this past week. 3lbs week before. 8lbs week before. 8 lbs week before.

  15. Surgery January7th. Weight on surgery day 392. Current weight 313lbs as of monday(only weigh in on Mondays). 79lbs lost. Yesterday I got into a pair of size 42 jeans. I work out 3-4 days a week. 600-800 calories a day. Roughly 70 grams protein. It's great hearing everyones doing good. Keep it up guys.

    I'm 9 weeks out today and have lost 79lbs so far.

    Just do what Dr. tells you. Avoid temptations. Don't cheat. Give 110%. When doc gives ok hit the gym. Mostly cardio. Do lite weights high reps when allowed.

    Try some trail mix. When Im bored and think I'm getting hungry I grab a handful of trailmix. Works for me.down 76lbs at 8 weeks

    All I do is think about the gym

    I'm 8 weeks out lost 76lbs. Started going to the gym at week 5. Started mostly cardio then started doing lite weights. I can't stop thinking about the gym. All I wanna do is be in the gym. Losing this weight motivates me to better myself mentally and physically. I just hope I don't get burned out like previous attempts at the gym. Any other sleevers feel this way?

    I'm 8 weeks out today. Lost a total of 76lbs. Started at 392 down to 316. Lost 8 lbs this week. 200's here I come.
