If you really miss cheese go get the campbells healthy cream cheese soup and mix with water .. its yummy and safe for your tummy ... its what I had for dinner . My doc says I can't eat anything but liquids for three weeks after , then only pureed foods for two more weeks to protect my new sleeve. -

My Doctor said I can never have them again . No , carbonation it can expand your sleeve . -

Hey I was also sleeved on tue and I'm hoping it gets better too . The gas pains are terrible , I've been walking my husband took me to the mall today and I walked slow but did it . I'm supposed to return to work wed . -

Good luck ! Tomorrow is my day also , they just called to move my surgery up .. I've got to be in Dallas by 3:30 ... Thank you God that we are both going to do well and no turning back !!

So I can't lie I'm starving ,but I'm not going to stop ... My surgery is Tuesday , so I have got to stay busy this weekend to keep myself from cheating ...

Yes , I did it all yesterday .... but its day two , I'm working a lot this week so its helping me not focus on how much my stomach is growling .

Started my liquid diet and so far its ok ... I also, went to see the doctor and we did pre op, education class and I had a stress test ... needless to say I'm excited , nervouse and a little hungry ...

How do I get samples ? I have surgery 11\20 and I have my education class on the 14 , so I haven't been told what protein shakes ect I should get .. I have got my jello , popsicles and broth .... -

Hey , I'm in Anna and I am having my surgery Nov 20 with Dr.Kim . I'm self pay , so I'm nervous about having the surgery and how much I'm paying . I have been struggling with my weight since I was 5 years old . I would love to have a group to share my joys and fears with . Seems like my friends are not around right now and my husband says he is supportive , but doesn't really understand what I'm feeling .

39 .... 40 in July ... I have my surgery on Nov 20 and I can't wait to feel better . I have spent so much time the last 35 years dieting and failing . I'm ready to live a healthier , happier life . Thanks for the encouragment on here .

I guess after all the years working so hard to lose weight , I'm worried that this to won't work . I am 39 and I have scheduled surgery with Dr .Kim on Nov 20 ... I'm having all kinds of emotions right now , happy , scared , eating poorly , and thrilled .
