    I had surgery Nov 20 , I have lost aprox 28 lbs .. they last two weeks I have lost nothing ... I feel like I'm failing again at weight loss .

    I have been bad for a week .... christmas day I ate and last night I had finger foods .... I pray that I can get this all under control ... I've had the flu since the 26 and just haven't keep my food in check .. not overeating but not great choices ...

    I have not ate well at all this week .... stress ,holidays ... cooking ... um embarressed that I have ate very little but very bad food .... its all being sent home with my son tomorrow or the trash ...

    I am 4 weeks post op and still can't get more than one shake in and I m so thristy but can only drink so much . Today I had an upset stomach .. praying this all gets smoothed out soon ... I want to do what's right for my health

    I am a side belly sleeper , I took a pillow and tucked on my side just before the first inscion site and was able to sleep pretty well, killer when I rolled over but give it a try .

    I'm so happy I had pureed chicken and potatoes ...my first food since surgery 11/20 ... it was good !! Looks gross but yummy . Thank God . Little bites and eating slow ..

    I am a nail tech and have been back to work for two weeks ... I have had help carrying my pedicure tub but do you think I'm safe to start picking it up again tomorrow ? Filled it about 8 lbs

    Never wear flat shoes you need a little heel , take a water bottle and freeze it and when its hurting take it out and rub foot over it , strech it ... I'm a Nail tech and this helps my pedi clients .

    Tonight we are out looking at lights and we stoped at 7 11. Got a small sugar free slurpee and I'm using a spoon ... so good .. just another idea . I'm 2 1\2 weeks post op

    Thank you for sharing ... I have the same weird burn going on the left side of my belly button ... thought id burned myself with the heating pad . I also have a sharp pain under my left shoulder blade that makes me take my pain meds by the late afternoon ... its almost unbearable ... they said I have a mess disovlving and in a few weeks it should stop . Good luck everyone
