    Yes they do ask on the order form for a billing and shipping address... kinda like if you were buying it for a gift, so you'd be FINE doing that! And someone mentioned the actitrainer.. I looked into that but HATE the idea of a chest/waist strap! Lol. I weigh over 300 still and was worried if it's fuit me... how it'd feel. I like the armband just fine!

    November Exercise!

    Today I'm a sloth, but yesterday evening I went for a 2 mile walk - even though it got dark on me by the end of the first mile. I even did the walk/jog thing... OMG I'm so fat and out of shape! Haha. Maybe it'll work better when I've lost a bit more weight!

    Rhonda - Your deficit is based on how much weight you are trying to lose per week. I have mine set to lose 3 pounds and my deficit is 1500... so yours is set way higher than that! You KNOW its not healthy to lose too much too fast! Drop your goal down to 2-3 pounds. And basically you can eat as many cals as you want, as long as you make your deficit you're good. My BB coach re-set my intake to 1950 cals intake, 3450 burned... I only eat about 1000-1200 a day though, I don't care what she says! Lol. And I don't care to hit that new target of 3450, cause I just want to reach my 1500 deficit and I'm good with that. As far as ways to help you burn up them calories... do you check your daily steps? I do not go to bed untilI have my 10000 steps in a day! So I'll be watching the 10pm news in my jammies walking in place. Lol. Its gets your steps in and burns quite a few calories...

  13. Hi! My goal is to lose 222 pounds... I started this Lap Band journey at 382 pounds, though at one time I was in the 390's. My biggest fear was that I would hit 400 and drop dead of some obesity related disease. It kinda sounds silly now... but it was real. You'll LOVE the support you find on this place! I've learned sooo much and whenever I'm having an 'off' day I know that I have friends here that will understand and give me a hug and a swift kick in the rump all at the same time! WELCOME!

    OMG! YOu're NOT going to slep with it? Lol. I can't seem to be able to take mine off. The BB coach laughed madly at me for suggesting that I might wrap it in saran wrap so I can shower with it. Haha! My arm feels naked without it. I'll admit that the first couple nights were odd with it... and so were the days. But now I don't even know I have it on. I find myself checking my arm to make sure it didn't fall off or something. (I'm slightly obsessive.)

    I had mine set at 1200, but the BB coach re-set it to be at 1950!!! I about DIED! I'm totally NOT eating that much. Lol. I still stick around 1000 - 1200 cals. As long as I reach my 1500 cal deficit I should still lose like 3 pounds a week.

    Oy... violent PB... do not eat the Hot Pocket Calzones... I ate 4, maybe 5 bites of one and woo-eeeeee was it ever painful. my whole head hurts. Eh... I didn't need to waste 330 calories on 1/2 of that un-nutritious crap anyway....

    Welcome Karla!! And congrats on getting Bugged! Lol. You'll have to let me know how you like it - I think its amazing, and I'm soooo used to wearing it now that I don't even notice it - I find myself checking my arm several times a day just to make sure its still there!

    November Exercise!

    Whats C25K?? I feel all lost and stuff... Well I went to the gym and did 65 minutes Elliptical with a crossramp of 5 and resistance of 5-10 (I changed it every 10 minutes). Then I did 15 of various weights - trying to work on my arms a bit so that they aren't all flabby 'n floppy forever!!
