OK... lemme try this again... I was giving D congrats for fitting into a size 18!! Thats amazing! Then I was talking about how I fit myself into a pair of size 26 jeans I bought about 2 years ago on sale for $10 from Lane Bryant... when I bought them they wouldn't even dream of buttoning and zipping. When I noticed the past week or so that my 28s are hanging off of me, sliding off'a my ass, I decided to try these 26's on this morning and THEY FIT! Now, when I bought them and tried them on I took a pic - its awful, but I want to share it here cause I love ya'll. Lol.

No snacking? D, thats insanity talking! :scared: Well kids, I'm a sick puppy. Well, mentaly always, but now its physical. My sinuses are freaking backed up and throbbing my whole face. I hurt from the top of my head, through my eyes, nose, roof of my mouth, down my throat. These lights here in the hospital (work) are killing me. All these buzzers and bells and phones ringing are going to push me over the edge. My manager told me to go take some Ativan... but she meant Advil. Lol. I would go for some Ativan though - then I just wouldn't give a flying fig about the pain. :fish: Can't get in to see my doc until Wednesday... but I'm supposed to work that day and I can't call in to work cause then I won't get my holiday pay for Thanksgiving. I'm not real sure what bike I want... I like several Specialized, and a few from Trek... I'm gonna wait until Spring (hopefully I'll be about 25 - 35 pounds thinner by then) and get fitted and try a few out. I;m very excited. Everyone of my friends and co-workers and family is sick of hearing about it . I think that they think its all just a 'phase' I'm going through. Ha!

I think I like alcohol more now because I get tipsy quickly. But I don't drink often (haven't had any since Spetember).

I KNOW I NEED A BIKE!! Lol. I can't afford one now, not until I get my income tax back... Come on SPRING! I think I'm going to get that book too. And I know what you mean about the trails looking a little rough for a road bike, I read on there somewhere that they said most people ride Mountain bikes or hybrids... but some do Road bikes.. Either way, I could always rent one if the terrain was too rough for the Road bike of my dreams. And the organized week long end to end trail (from St.CHarles to Clinton, and they take your luggage from pne B&B to the next for you) runs a bit over $1000. I couldn't afford that one, but I could afford to just do my own trip where I lug my gear in a backpack or something. Lol. I was thinking of doing it and camping, but I;m thinking carrying a tent around would get old fairly quickly. Haha.

I live in a suburb just North of Kansas City Missouri. So the Clinton MO portion of the Katy trail is about 2 hours south of me. I actually used to live in Clinton MO when I was 18... never even knew the trail existed! Lol. I agree with the B&B or camping... and did you see the amount of Winerys?!?! I'm sooo thinking that biking/wine tasting go hand in hand. Hahaha! It is a good website. I spent about 3 hours there the other night...

A while back someone mentioned converging (is that the right word?) for a bike ride around KS/MO since itw as nearly a centerpoint for everyone... I was bored the other day and found this site - www.bikekatytrail.com - looks freaking awesome... I've never done it, obviously since i don't even ahve a bike yet! but I have some co-workers who've done it and say its awesome, and hard work. Check it out.. or I'd be willing to travel if ya'll have some cool trail in mind near you.

.. though the trainer can't/won't call until you confirm an appointment by email. I was using mine for almost 2 weeks before I got around to setting up the appointment with the trainer!

OK. I've had my tongue done for about 10 1/2 years now... And I go months at a time without it in... it won't close up. Lol. As of now, I don't think I've had a barbell in since May, but I promise that if I tried to, it would slide right in without any issue. I'm pretty sure that you'll have to take it out pre-op. I mean, if I wasn't allowed to wear freaking LIPGLOSS then I'm sure all jewelry has to come out. Lol. All will be well. You can slip it back in as soon as you wake up!:kiss2:

FarmerE - I"m gald you're OK!! Stef - Welcome back! BigBaby - Congrats on the elliptical! It's my fave machine ever. Lucy - I LOVE walking outside! But, I live in Missouri, so winter is upon us! I think it will be nice enough for me to walk outside for a few more times, but then it will be all gym all the time for me until about March or April. I love walking outside because my mind has time to roam about. Lol. I've always been a 'daydreamer' but don't have mych time for it usually between work and life! Haha BEER - Oh how I miss my bud lights... I haven't had anything carbonated since surgery. I don't miss diet coke at all, but I'd shave my head bald for an ice cold bud light!
