OK- let me add to the funny size 24 jeans story... I tried on a pair at Walmart... and then decided I wanted to buy them, but in a darker blue color than the faded ones I tried on. So just now I try on the pair I bought... and they are tight! I had to lay on the bed to button them up. Lol!! BUT!! THey are on. And breathing is totally overrated anyway. I'm freaking CUTE in tight jeans. Except that my belly still sticks out further than my ass does. Ha! I ran in the other room to show my roommate... and he was like "OMG! you really have lost weight!" (We used to date like 6 years ago, I'm not smaller than he's ever known to be.) Too cool... SO! These tight ass jeans are my NEWEST motivation to watch my intake & get moving!!

I'm sick of my jeans being baggy. Lol. (I know - such PROBLEMS!) I figured it was just the cut or style... my 28s and 26s are bagy in the butt and hips and thighs. I haven't had to button or unbutton them since about the same time Iw as able to wear them. So I just happened to be at WalMart today - haven't been able to wear WalMart jeans since 1995 - the year I graduated high school - and I fit into size FREAKING 24! I didn't believe it! I still don't! So yeah, I bought them. Haha. I think later tonight I'm going to take pics of myself in all my jeans, sizes 32 - 24. I love my band!

BG - I've been noticing my wrist bones lately. Also that my veins seem more apparent in my arms and hands lately. It's very odd. AND - I'm sick of my jeans being baggy. Lol. (I know - such PROBLEMS!) THats awesome. I have considered buzzing my hair too... though I was fortunate to start with very thick hair... no one can really tell that my hair is thinner, but I notice it. If I start seeing shiney spots on my head I will buzz and buy a wig. Lol.

I know - I think that is what I'm afraid of. :faint:

OK! So, I got my ass out of bed this morning, showered, went outside in the freeeeezing cold, stopped to put gas in my car, and drove 20 miles to work..just to be told to go home? Apparently my schedule is all jacked up and I was off today - a THREE DAY WEEKEND! Not that I'm complaining about that, but if I'd KNOWN I had a 3 day weekend I'd have SLEPT IN! Lol. So! I'm taking advantage - and it's supposedto warm up into 50s today I think.. I'm going for a walk. I'm excited.

Talking about this book on 2 threads has me all confused. Ha! I have NOT watched any PETA vids... I don't imagine I ever could. The THOUGHT of animal cruelty is enough for me... And the book had those graphic accounts from workers in slaughterhouses... yeah, horrifying. I WISH there were awful PETA videos for High Fructose Corn Syrup! Lol. Now that I would watch and then I'd be able to kick that nasty habit. Ya know - the world always points out how 'gross' and unhealthy obesity is - and then WTF - there are still all of these nasty foods with nasty ingrediants and McD's and etc etc etc... It's like the whole 'Do as I say, not as I do' theory... (am I making sense?) OK! Lol BG! I LOVE the chapter on pooping. Really, the whole book is good. Once I get all ofmy scarfs (sarves?) crochet(ed) for my nieces and sis in law I think I want to sit down and re-read it. (the whole book, not just the pooping chapter.)

Well, dangit, WalMart should have it. Lol. Riiight! OK, I don't know WHERE a WHole FOods is - I said that last night on another thread... maybe I'll check the local health food store.. after next payday!

Stevia is a good sweetner - better for you than ANY of the others... better for you than sugar, which we all know - but seriously. Like, with nutra sweet or sweet and low or equal or splenda - they are all man made - chemically modified sweetners... stevia is natural. I have YET to find any though... where'd you get it?
-
Ohhh, kabobs with like bell peppers and pineapple and stuff is GOOOOOOOOOOOOD food. I might be all veg by then... we'll see. I LOVE me some chicken though. JM - check outthe book 'Skinny Bitch', it's am amazing read - just ask BG!
-
BG - Yes yes. I'm still eating chicken, but the kind that at least claims to be antibiotic free. Lol. That book was awesome. I love the way they wrote it - bad words, bitchiness, and all. It rocks.
-
Stef - in case you didn't know this, you are an amazing woman. And I'm still seriously coming to your place this summer for a BBQ. Lol.

Damn yall! Vicodin, ice cream, sex, whole foods... Ya;ll were chatty today!! Vicodin - still have some liquid elixer from surgery - took some for a toothache a few days ago... slept like a log. Ice Cream - oh how I miss thee... Sex - oh how I miss thee, even more than ice cream! Whole Foods - do they have these in KCMO? I totally need to check into this. Yes, it is a TOTALLY hilarious book!! Everyone who eats food must read it! I made an organic vegan chili a couple weeks ago. SOOOO freaking good, and - bonus - I pooped like a champ for 2 days.

Lol. I'm addicted. Keeps me from eating too. Ha!! I don't do it at work though... Gov't computers aren't good for doing personal stuff on - Big Brother is EVERYWHERE!! -
Morning Star is way better than Boca - IMO. I love their chicken patties (OK, fake chicken...) Garden Burger is great also! Stef, I posted on another thread about the ice cream/ambien thing. Its just too crazy. BE CAREFUL with that medication!
-
Lol... If I ate that many calories in one sitting I'd be PISSED that I couldn't remember it! Haaha. I LOVE ICE CREAM!! I savor every bite. (whenI eat it - wheich is very very vrey rarely now.) Seriously - Even the week before my surgery - I was eating 1/2 gallon cartons of ice cream at least 3 nights a week. All in one sitting. I rationalized it by not eating anything else those days. Ugh... no wonder I was almost 400 pounds!

ACTUALLY, girls, MAY 12th is the BEST day of the year! Ha!! Stef, the spreadsheet is fantastic. I need to sit myself down and have a 'goals' discussion. I'll let you know what I convince myself to do... March 30 sounds great too, it's my lil sis's bday, so I will be able to remember it well. Ha!
-
You should totally check out the book "Skinny Bitch" - Ever since picking that up I've been re-thinking the whole flesh consumption thing...
-
Yay on losing again Wombat! I'd considered getting another fill (had 3rd fill in Sept!) but I've been very careful with food choices the past couple days and notice that as long as I chose the right foods that I still have really great restriction. I'll wait it out a few more weeks and see how I feel then.
-
Well if Stef is involved, so am I. I'm a stalker. I'm totally going to go back to exercising! Been off it too long. Time to start going back full force, 5 days a week. I'm never going to see another 55 pounds off by my birthday in May if I don't start WORKING for it! Happy New Year
-
Yeah, the green team - the dad totally ruined everything for her. Jerk.

HP- watching the Biggest Loser right now. It's amazing. I find it totally inspirational. Even my roommate is watching it and saying how he wants to lose weight and start eating better. (He eats a box of little debbies everyday. Also eats McDonalds or Popeys daily... and drinks regular Pepsi... he has ALOT of changes to make if he really wants to lose weight!)
-
Oh yeah - and I totally need to get off my ass and get BACK into the gym. Time to go bakc to my 5 days a week workout. I miss it.
-
BG - Sugar free huh?/ I totally need to do that to cleanse myself. I feel like crap. I've been at 301-305 back and forth for about 3 weeks now. I'm sick of it! I want to see 299 so damn bad.
