Wow Hiedi thanks for sharing. I really thought the weight loss would be faster but I to do the same things you do. I really feel since surgery I obsess about food more.

Hi I am introducing myself. I have only lost 40lbs in the last year. I feel so bad at times. I am grateful that I am 40lbs lighter but I wish I would of lost more. I have only had 3 fills. Well in the long run if I lose 40lbs a year. I will be 120lbs less. Hopefully this year I can lose more Donna
