Just got Approved today for sleeve tommorow , 6'1 330 41 yrs old, now surgery is real :/, wow can't wait for this new chapter in life to start who knew 40s would be like this but I'm ready to take back my life;) any one else sleeve date tommorow or similar start date for better healthier life

WOw can you say air bubbles are a b***h lol but now I'm home walking my dog again and feels like I never had the surgery in a way . Not until I remind my self to hydrate hydrate but over all no hunger cravings and I'm down 6 lbs. Is there anyone else with August 3 date or close I like to say hi and update

You to my friend now that it's approved I hope our surgeries just go as planned then deal with The aftermath of diet excersise and new life

I have bcbs direct 10 waiting on approval now everything they needed was submitted mon and my sleeve is suppose to be Friday I hope they approve it soon anyone from Nj have any insight once all documents are handed in To Approval ? Thanks

Hi I'm a new member and figure I'll start with a post for help, I just came from my dr follow up appointment last night with dr trvedi out of Paramus nj, I finalized my decision to go with sleeve over lap band , I'm 6'2 325 and for the last 7 yrs I weighed over 300lbs and I'm just tired of the weight and being over 300 for so long and opted for the surgery since my insurance will cover it , now after jumping thru all the hurdles and deciding to go with sleeve , I read today about pre op diet in which my dr never talked to me about , my question is since it was never really discussed should I go on crash liquid only diet to prepare ? And since I feel I should lose 10lbs atleast is there any tips of what I should drink or eat in days up to surgery, thanks
