desperately need motivation.. i got 5 months to lose 30-50 lbs

determined to be successful !!!! i joined a couch to 5k race at school

solid protien and fiber filled foods and lots of excercise!!!

but my dr. said it was to prevent any harm to band .. what did your dr. say??? Im so confused

Did your band or plastic surgeons recommend that you need to get an unfill before the cosmetic procedure???
