I think this whole Halloween thing is getting to all of us :cry Think about it you go to the store and everywhere is giant bags of all kinds of goodies... I know as soon as i saw that candy corn i went running to the register with it (even though its pure sugar and i can only have like 3-4 at a time) but inside my brain kept telling me it was wrong not to buy it... If Halloween does this to me i'm scared of X-Mas coming along... Big Polish Family equals lots of cooking and baking!!! But everyone stick strong we'll make it though!!!:whoo: But i finally got of my 3 week plateau of 236-233.... now down to 229!!! and i just got my fill so i should be good:confused: Well i will be away for the next couple days (going down to Springfield to take my AAMA certification test :eek:) and dreading not being able to get to a computer to go on LBT...

they probably suggested downtown cause they do the fills under fluoroscope there... at oakbrook he does it without... I still go to the oakbrook one only cause i hate downtown traffic.. and your charged for parking. Good Luck and isnt Dr. Shayani awesome???? -Jeni

I agree with strawberrygrl... definately call your surgeon/dr and make sure... You wouldn't want to hurt your band:) good luck and let us know if your okay

Dr. Shayani was my surgeon as well he is actually at dayone health now ... he has n office in dwntwn as well as oakbrook.... Im pretty sure he will stil do your fills.... if its an insurance issue then $150 per visit... I can give you the phone number if you want to give it a try... (pmail me and ill give it to you) i had my surgery done at loyola with him and he is still doing my fills just not at loyola.. at DayOne Good luck!!

So as these dreaded winter months approach how are we all planning to adjust... I'm actually semi-excited (although i do hate the cold and snow) because its kinda like i get to hid myself in big bulky clothes and shrink underneath (by going to the gym everyday to waste time, nothing better to do right??) and In the spring ill hopefully have a good reasons to buy a new wardrobe!!!! :whoo:

<p>i am a very self-concious person and i somehow push my lazy butt out the door and to the gym (when i do have time) and worrk out on the treadmill (my fave) and sometimes the bike or strenght training.. Music helps it alll... afterwards i reward myself by hping in thier pool and hot tub ..... ahhhhh so relaxing

same thing with any profession some are great some are not.... and yes im sure one day ill mess up too, im only human, but it does other me now and im extra cautious for the time being i cant tell you ill definately be the same in 10 years but i want to be:ranger: but ya again im rambling on and on at 4:45 am while working my pt vernight jb were im nt allowed to sleep s i spend my time on here... so addicted to this site...

GROSS.... But then again sme people eat the weird things.... The grossest thing ie had is he barium crap we all had to do it and for some strange reasn i got used to it:confused:

i promise things will get better and you are probably dealing with head hunger... Just stay strong and thins will turn up better sooner than you know it:)

:confused:thats sad it only takes a min to wash the hands..... but thats not the only things... theres girls walking around in high heels and open toe shoess.. regular clothes not scrubs.. your lucky if they wear gloves, dont clean turniquets , and the list goes on and on.... Not only is this saftey precautions for the patient but for yourself to... i dont get it :rose:

Morning star veggie burgers awesome!!! i love those... and the broccoli ites by mrning star are good also.. i wouldn't recommed the gardenburger brand though.:huytsao and the only time i eat Beans is in minestrone soup (dont think i spelled that right?):rose:

no i work in a messed up dr. office... actually things they do there... if i wrote a letter t OSHA they would be closed down... lets just say im the only one who follows OSHA rules and wash my hands in between each patient for the blood drws and injections.... It just gives me chills when i see others nt doing that.... (the other day i saw a cockaroach there i flipped out... i never saw one of them in my life, well at least in person, let alone in a dr. office...) and believe me i will write to OSHA

wasabubble bootcamp............ LOL... I wish i could get myself to do something like that.. To tell you the truth with having my externship at school and working my paying job i never have time for anything.. I have to remind myself to eat (and being rushed dot make the best choices... but the externship is almost over and then i could get back into the routine of going to the gym... and looking for one good paying job... finally being able to live again... until january when i got ack to school for nursing... Ahhhh!!!
