Not sure if your doctors office told you about water like mine did. They said water had surface tension like rain drops they kind stick to a surface some people that happens on the top of there stomach. It is very normal and common. They say add anything to your water and that will break the tension such ad a lemon or mio or anything. It surprises me so many drs office don't hit on this point more.

Hi all went to my 3 month appt today. Everything is going good. Dr is thrilled with my success. I have tons of heartburn so they upped My meds for that. He mention there would be hair loss and he said your hair grows from the food u ate 3 months ago....so the people saying they are getting all there protein and still losing hair it doesn't matter what you are eating the hair loss is from our month we had no protein. Now the protein u are eating will help with stopping the loss and it will not be as bad. So everyone is different but keep up with the protein. Ngrand. So good to see you on here you are really helping people every day!! Congrats on your success

I did not have one either but wish I had. The preop diet to help shrink your liver. My surgery was 2 hours longer than normal because my liver was do big! I would suggest you kinda do your own diet for 7 days. It will only help u in the long run.

I went through something very similar but mine was my heart. I eventually had to reschedule a month later. It sucked but it still worked out. Try to think positive andante it is all for a reason.

Please do not go back in 3 days. This is a major surgery you have to take care of yourself. You need at least two weeks

Try to relax!! Please know your best friend is really not your friend at all. It has ruled your life for so many years. Kept you from being the person you deserve to be. And by no means are you giving up food. You will soon be eating again and enjoying different kinds of foods. Looking better feeing better. Your whole life changed for the good!! U promise you food is not your friend!!! But it will be after this surgery and then it will be a healthy relationship. Good luck and I will be praying for you.
