    Feb Sleevers - Check in

Hi, I had surgery on the 21st and am doing great! Everything I've tried eating has agreed with me!. My only challenge is remembering to eat slowly. Sometimes I'm not thinking and take too big a bite and have discomfort. I'm able to get in all my proteins and fluids each day. For exercise, I try to walk at least 10,000 steps a day. I am loving my sleeve!

  4. Hi SexyMama....It sure does sound like this is right for you. You've been doing your research (and have found this website full of helpful information). Just keep in mind that you are an individual and what happened with your sister doesn't mean that you will have the same complications. I wish you the best with the surgery.

    Adult or child size silverware

I use a baby spoon and then I eat no more than a half spoon at a time....good luck.
  8. My doctor told me it was ok to take nsaids as long as it's not on a consistent basis since it could irritate the stomach. If you're feeling fine, then it's probably ok. Just keep the Tylenol and Excedrin far far away from each other

    Dr. Oz

So maybe what Dr. Oz is saying is that everything is okay as long as its in moderation.
  11. Friday evening, I visited a friend with a broken ankle. We're sitting there chatting and watching tv. I looked down at my lap and realized that I had my legs crossed and my hands weren't holding my legs or pants to keep my legs crossed. Nice feeling!

    Any regrets

So far no regrets at all. Now, if I don't lose all the extra weight or if I can't maintain the weight, then there may be some regrets. Just wish I knew about the sleeve sooner.

    Negative Boyfriend

You are a very beautiful young lady! Don't let him tell you otherwise. I agree with the others, let him know how his words hurt you, if he can't understand, then I'll help you find a HIGH curb to kick him to and I'll help push him off the edge

I threw up for the first time since surgery last night

Yea, I can totally relate. I'm still working on figuring out when I've eaten too much.
