  1. Sleeve was done November 2011. Biggest wait was 288. Smallest weight 160. Current weight 205. My mom passed away on April 3, 2012. Since then I don't care anymore! On depression & anxiety meds eat and drink whatever I want. No one else in my family understands the surgery like my mom did ( she had the bypass). How the hell do I get back on track. I have now admitted I have issues and seen nutritionist but she won't help until I get my depression under control. I have tried talking to 2 other therapists and felt so stupid talking to them. It was like they didn't care and could help, so I stopped seeing them. The nutritionist referred me to a therapist they have in the office. Haven't been to any support groups, nor was I really told about them. Feel like surgery was done and then the office and doctor was done with me. Am I just making excuses... Why have I messed everything up...?

3 Days Out And Need Answers

it is a mind game. Protein is needed if you are hungry and water. I spotted a little as well after my surgery and it was my time of month. I think it is part of the weight loss and hormone changes. Keep your head up and stay focused. Good luck

    Crazy Vsg Questions

before i decided to continue with the Surgery I had in Nov 2011, I cut out everything and add protein shakes to my diet 2 months prior. I ate all different kinds of fish and vegs and plenty of water. I lost 20 lbs in 2 months. Please try something like this. This surgery is a real mental game, this will tell you if you are ready for change at all. I would say if you cant do it for at least 2 months before surgery that you shouldnt do the surgery. Everything went well for me with my surgery, no complications and very little pain. Please research and ask questions before you decide.

    Still In Stall!

My surgery was November 2, 2011. I had a very little stall. I really upped my protein, and that seemed to keep me on track. I know it can be frustrating but keep focused and don't just go back to liquids.
