  1. Actually meat isn’t bad blended if its I a gravy or sauce like beef casserole for example its just like a stew consistency

I think you need to control your internal voices and fear (easier said than done I know) Honestly even at 425lbs my highest I didn’t give a F what people thought, I dressed well for my size I have super long legs and I had massive boobs (rapidly deflating as we speak lol) trust me I showed them off regardless of the middle lol I never worried about my clothes to be tugging on them, my clothes fit so no need too, people a lot smaller than me and I mean some a size 8 uk 6us would be constantly worried how they look. Just enjoy yourself hush the internal chatter and enjoy. I’ve been big my whole life I was around 320lbs at 13 so I mean my whole life at 16 I decided not to let my size control my life I wasn’t gonna sit at home and be depressed or cry about it never go out or if I did worry what others were thinking so it never took over me. This can be the start of anything you want new way you see yourself, a more active spicy sex life, not letting other people glances make you internally spaz they are thinking things about you- its up to you what you want to do and if you will let things trigger old habits and send your cogs turning or not. Maybe they are just thinking what a lucky guy his wife is happy and they look really good together- you never know what’s in people minds so don’t try and work it out you will be better off not worrying about it and just do you and your hubby that’s all that matters anyway hun.
  3. I gotta say F his boss it’s a miserable person who has to make herself feel better by saying others look bad. Pity her for her lack of inner grace and confidence. she's in a high position I take it and that’s how she makes herself feel better? Pffffff its sad. Don’t let that woman put you off celebrating the win with your husband you know what you are doing for your health and size and is none of anyone’s business any judgement or comment she makes is worthless to you and your husband. If he was embarrassed by you he wouldn’t have told you, you can go. 3 months after the op you’re going to want a nice holiday its draining so go enjoy it soak up some sun and do some romantic things with your husband and forget her, her comments if she dares to say anything and enjoy the trip!

    Smaller much much smaller lol My boobs were noticeable thing to get smaller! I was a very over spilling G cut before the op I couldn’t keep getting bigger cups just to house my boobs so I shoved them in the G cups and adjusted a lot I am a DD in some bras a D in others now I refuse to buy new bras I bought 2 DD bras and they are now too big for me lol

    I would check on it they don’t just ask because they are metal they also ask for the same reason they ask about your teeth if they stick a tube up your nose they could rip it out or they could rip it out and it go down your throat. Things like belly button they want out because they can rip them out others you might need some sort of emergency thing and they may interfere with machines etc. I took out my 2 tongue bars and left them clear I also removed and this op didn’t plastic space my hood piercing, during my gall bladder op the hood one had a plastic spacer in. So just ask what to do.
  6. i never I made my own just blended up what was for dinner for the rest of my family but much much less veg, and I made my own fruit purees.

    How Many Insisions ?

    I hade 5 and I had my gall bladder removed years ago, they never went in via them old scares you can only see one of the gall bladder scares very very faintly now anyway so they wouldn’t know to go in the same place on me. Of these 5 new ones the biggest one on the right is a bit more noticeable than the others but they are all healing and fading pretty nicely.

    i hope its not your only option then lol thats gonna suck for you lol i tried everythign and it was so painful fish was the only thing that didn;t hurt or make me puke so i will cross everything for you that your not the same as me thats gonna be hard!

    It’s a combination of the hormones being released from your stored fat cells and kinda a detox your doing with the change in diet the water change of food its like flushing your system so the combination of the 2 is giving you crazy skin. I had dry skin spotty skin rashy skin even it was kinda mad then it all settled down my face is sooooooooo clear now it only goes a bit nutso during that one lovely time of the month lol

    Don't Eat Fish...help!

    Egg was not pleasant for me! If you don’t like fish because its fishy tasting then get things like cod they have less of a fishy taste compared to say mackerel or sardines you might be able to endure cod in some sort of sauce or seasonings to mask the taste. I like most fish but I hate salmon bah nasty stuff! So you might find a fish you can deal with and cook it all kinds of ways to make it interesting.
  11. Check what your Protein Powder content has if it is made from milk or has milk sugars in it that’s triggering your intolerance. You may want to see if you can get a different one or just know that its gonna happen but not so bad because you mix it with lactose free products.
  12. i had mine when I was out after the op was done they do them when its all meant to be done fill up the outside with water put air inside and watch for bubbles then drain the fluid out and done.

    Full Foods

    I suggest trying fish first it was the easiest thing for me to eat but maybe not tuna that was not nice for me and only just now what 3 and half months later was tuna not so painful and pukey lol Fish seems to go down well so I hope you like it lol For about a month I lived off fish! As for bread sigh how I love they wish I could eat they! There are currently 2 of the softest white rolls in the kitchen I squeezed them a few times and that was it lol Soup was made for Fridays dinner so sis and mum brought in bread for it and my bro got rolls.

    Yeah I have the pain lactose intolerance for me if I keep ignoring it and keep eating normal stuff its gets worse and worse its really not pleasant! Other people get bathroom issues and even puke because of it but that’s extreme so for now I suggest switching stuff out to lactose free so you can cut it back and not be in extra pain!

    Worrying To Much! I Think?

    Sounds like a lot of stress on your plate hun this can add to acid in your stomach and why your hungry, it’s not really hungry is acid that’s bubbling away in there making you feel hungry. Its easier said than done but when your spiralling in the worry and driving yourself nuts you have to force yourself to stop take a deep breath and calm down get the monkey chatter in your head to chill and be quiet so you can gather your thoughts and take control again. Then just try to push things aside while you deal with one thing at a time. If your stressed about yourself then allow it to happen for 10mins then chill yourself out calm down and think of things to change your mindset or what is working. If its sorting the kids out allow it to happen and push the rest aside etc etc Then it shouldn’t be so overwhelming because you’re not trying to deal with EVERYTHING all the time all at once just one thing at a time the rest can bugger off till its in the number one spot.

    Anybody Have Suggestions?

    Make your own its really easy:- Chicken/turkey – either a whole one or pieces but you need the pieces to have bones in it. Vegetables – onions and leeks to start Cover the meat and the veg in Water you can get vegetable powder/stock cubes and throw a couple of tablespoons in. Leave that to boil them simmer for a few hours when its done drain the juice into another pot/baking bowl/whatever over a sieve to collect all the veg meat and bones. Then de bone/skin/fat/crap from the meat and put the meat back in the juice, pull out what veg you can salvage and throw that back in. From this pint you are free to add other veg any you like its up to you, and you can add any other seasonings you may wish to add. Put back on bring to the boil again then simmer for another hour or so. Soup is done! From here you ladle off some broth/all the broth and section it how you wish it can be frozen. Then you either serve the meat and veg up to your family you can add Pasta to it and maybe some cream cheese or another sauce cook it in a pie so it’s a chicken and veg pie etc Or you can section up and freeze it for your pureed or solid food stages. You can even blend the meat and veg plus stock to section off for your full liquid stage.

    And breathhhhhhhhhh! I think its natural for us to worry I would worry every pain was a leak, I was overfilling, I would eat or drink to much and burst my stomach wide open etc etc We get worried because we can’t see it and know ok its fine chill. How did you cope with stress before? Did you emotionally eat? This could be why you constantly think your hungry because you might have been a stress/emotional eater and it’s a habit for x amount of years and your go to comfort thing that’s being triggered while your driving yourself nuts right now. Or maybe its acid and you just need to take some sort of acid thing mine are fasttabs not sure if you have one to take or not if not look into it as acid can make you feel hungry too. Don’t beat yourself up and give your self a hard time for stressing it happens its natural but you will learn whats ok and how much is ok, do what I do use the exact same cups, plates. bowls, cutlery for everything then you soon learn how far to eat or drink with no issues.
  20. Maybe he thinks you should be loosing more or have lost more weight at this point. Maybe he is going off stats or something. I know I was told I can do 3 meals a day at 4oz each and 2 snacks or I can do 6 meals a day at 2oz each and 2 snacks in a day and it was up to me how I wanted to eat little and often is classed at the 6 meals and more normal is the 3 meals. A lot of doctors know the first what 6-8 months is the most/rapid weightloss so want you to be like extra double hard and do as much as you can before it slows down and your eating more normal and it then becomes harder to loose weight. Gotta say I was never told to calorie count or get less than x amount of carbs just told protein first low fat low carb little to no sugar and use my head in what I am eating. Everyone will say different things we are told different things so good luck!

    You could be dumping on the sweet stuff (not really meant to have it lol) though its said we don’t have dumping syndrome people do have it. Cold clammy sweats maybe mouth watering shaky feeling sick? Not sure if people feel anything else never had it myself to be sure just from what I read about people who do.

    Yep mine are crappy too! I went from a G (which I think were bigger really but I used G bras) to currently a DD which is too big so I am more than likely a D or even C now and its deflated skin I can grab the skin pull it and it doesn’t snap back it sits there in a wrinkled peek not moving just there! I can fold my boobs up and I have to do some pushing and shaking to have them sit right in a bra and not have a big fold in them, have to like fold parts and push under and up to make the boob curve at the cleavage lol I don’t care if they are smaller, bras are easier to get I do not like saggy skin bags so when all is said and done the boobs will be done! Will miss the power of the boobs though lol

If I tried to eat first or drink certain things first thing I was sick or felt awful, so now I drink a cup of tea first no water sipping no juice no food my cup of decaf tea and it settles my stomach then after that I can eat something and for me at least after trying many things its milk soaked soggy cheerios make the cheerios and tea at the same time take about 30 or so mins to drink my tea so the cheerios are beyond soggy. I have learnt this is how my body likes to set up its day and I don’t change form that. I also take a fast tab last thing so sitting in bed teeth all brushed in my pjs just before I lay down I take a fasttab I feel it’s the most uninterrupted amount of hours no food or drink and the fasttab helps keep the stomach settled.
