Hello! Thank you for your kind words :-) You are going to do fine. I had my surgery last Monday and I'm down almost 19 lbs! It's crazy how little up you can eat. You are going to do great. Good luck on your journey! -
It's going to go great! I was in the exact same, postion last Monday. It will be over before you know it..It's like taking a 2 second nap. You wake up, and it's all done The weight will start falling off starting today..I will say a prayer for you , but, I know you won't need it :-)

Yes, 17lbs since my surgery. I can't believe it. Granted ive been on liquids for 6 days, and I didn't eat a single thing on my surgery day.

I get tired really easy though. It's a mixture of having very low calories with a big body. And my body still needs rest to recover -
Don't worry. I had mine last Mionday! It's not bad at all! it will be over before you know it! I'm down 17 lbs so far!

The pain is pretty much all gone. I feel I have had a pretty easy recovery. some minor cramping feelings, but that's it. nothing too serious. The first 2 days are the most uncomfortable for me. after that. it's been smooth sailing -

Hi lindsay! The only obstacle is getting my protein in. They require 40-60 grams per day. Im getting better with that though. Liquids are getting easier. The toughest part for me has been eating only liquids :-( I am getting so sick of protein shakes !! lol I've lost 17lbs so far! -
I have only been on stage 3 for 4 data. I'm already getting tired of the shakes. Anybody have suggestions of other things I can eat? I'm trying to think outside the box!

It's so aggravating. I see other stage 3 with no yogurt or pudding (sugar free of course) but on day 3 while still in the hospital my clinical instructor surgeon approved yogurt and pudding. I don't want to risk any staples coming loose or developing a leak. -

That makes me nervous about the yogurt. they brought it to me when I was still in the hospital. and I've eaten some since I been home, not Greek. just plain, lite. I don't wanna pop a staple
