I don't think it's possible unless you don't move at all.
If you drink sugar drinks and eat high calorie foods, you will not lose as much I dont think it's possible not to lose anything!

Until I was able to eat solids I also really wanted to just eat something solid. Now, the ONLY thing i'm unhappy about is that I have to drink so slowly!!
I used to drink a lot at a time!!
