    Hi July sleevers, I had my op on 31.07.12 and have lost a lot of weight about 25kg. I was just curious how are others feeling in regards to General well being and the eating, do any of you find you can eat more but still in smaller quantities( if that makes sense). I am considering going back on the optifast shakes and soups to feel lighter. Thank you . From Perthsleeve

  4. Hi I am having my op on 31 July and find I am getting abit anxious? Anxious about things like what shud I be doing to prepare myself for the op when should I make the chicken broth and can I freeze it and has anyone got a easy recipe to make chicken broth I am I'm Perth,Western Australia and the dietician said to have the optifast soups and shakes. Any suggestions would be appreciated thanks

  8. Yea I am not looking forward to next week Monday as I start the 2 week pre-op diet are u guys on the optifast as well? 31/07 is my big day which I am looking at as the new me will be born lol
