My surgery was 7 days ago. Whenever I eat or drink something I have this bubbling gassy feeling in my stomach. Does this go away? -

Actually I have been having diarrhea. My surgery was 7 days ago. The last couple days are I've had diarrhea. I am only drinking protein shakes, water, oatmeal, and yogurt.
