Your hormones are going to be released and it causes a roller coaster effect emotionally. We are often used to being down in ourselves. My confidence is building back up. I understand the "no where to run " feeling and always used food to cope. I try to stay busy. Best of luck !

I am 6 weeks post op and feel very good about what I can eat and the process. I have gotten dehydrated and I have had food stuck in my throat. It's all a learning process. Nobody said this would be easy , I'd it was we wouldn't be here in the first place. Be patient , I will all come together

Drinking how liquid helped me alot. I had horrible gas pains for almost 3 weeks. The hot liquid helped me as soon as I drank it. It wasn't a cure all, but between that and walking it sure helped

For all that checkes this thread my day got extremely worse after my post. I took a ultrum pain pill, did not touch it. Took 2 midol still no help, I ended up dehydrated and having worse cramps than giving birth. I had a uterine ablation a year ago. This was my first period in 1 year !! Let me tell ya, I was delusional and barely able to even get out of bed for hours. I am much better today. Thanks for the thoughts ! Stay hydrated !!!' -

That is the "pudding" as I call it. It lasted a little while . Maybe 2 weeks. I remember the first day I had a "normal" poop, I opened the bathroom door and yelled it through the house. Lmao. This to shall pass, you are all doing great. I am a month out and go about 7 times a week. Some days 1, and If I miss a day, then 2x the next day.

I am a month out . I ate 1 chip today and chewed the heck out of it, once I ate it , it was like ok I can eat it, but now I dont want to. I have a hard to E being told NOT to do something. This is one of the reasons I had surgery. I needed a tool that keeps me in check !!!
