    Hi, I am in the same place you are! Sleeve surgery, lost 130. Some regain, and would love to lose at least 50 and keep it there. I am waiting for insurance approval now.     I am thinking of having a sleeve revised into a full bypass. Has anyone had that done? And what we're the results?

      Are you having problems with your Sleeve? I personally haven't had any revision. But my hubby had his Lap Band for 13 years. It eroded into his liver and it was a mess. He was sick for 9 months with abcesses. Tried again 1 year ago but the scar tissue was amost solid on his right side so they did the Sleeve on him. I had my RNY almost 4 years ago. I have done well. I do hear of others having revisions so maybe someone will read your post. Good Luck

      No, no problems w sleeve. Just no more weight loss. Tho doing same things. So surgeon says revising to a bypass will get the ball rolling again. Thank you for answering!

    Hi, I can relate. I started my liquid diet yesterday, and I'm already feeling deprived. And I have a bad headache. For me, the hunger is worst at ***ht. On here, I've read others comments, saying how we should be glad we can drink things down with now trouble. Because after surgery, even that will be hard for awhile. So I am trying to keep that in mind. Are you on restricted calories too? I can only have 800 cal. a day. Three protien drinks, some V8, and a cup of non fat pudding. My surgery is on Aug. 15. When is yours?

    Newbie here, OMG, BELLY SHOTS?? Does everyone do those? Today I also heard talk of "pain balls" and "drains"! Never heard of any of this yet. My surgery is Aug. 15. Can anyone fill me in?

    Hi All, I am new here, and have not had surgery yet. Question: What the heck is "pain ball" and "drain"?? Seems I still have things to learn. I will have surgery on Aug. 15. Please let me know, so I can be prepared. I guess Doc is waiting to spring the details on me.
