My aunt and uncle raised me and the closest thing to confort was eating! This wasn't an eye opener until I started seeing what I really looked like in pictures and how I felt after a labor mild to intensive workout! I know what I can accomplish anything but for me this is not going to happen with a diet and exercise alone![/i][/font]
