Hi Everyone To my understanding the amount of weight a person loses after VST varies depending on many reasons from diet to genetics, but just wanted to ask (generally) when you began buying new clothes? I'm coming 2months post-op and feel that my clothes are getting very loose and baggy, however I'm apprehensive to buy new clothes at the moment because I might lose even more weight at perhaps 4 months? So would like to ask those who have had VST, when did you notice the weight loss stop? Or which month you noticed the most significant weight loss ? Thank You

Honestly ..... I drink carbonated drinks all the time. Especially diet coke !!! Prior to the sleeve I drank alot of coffee, but I realised that drinking too much coffee gives me very bad acid reflux. So I've switched to Diet coke for my souce of caffine. Pasta is something that I cant take too much of, which means I still can eat it, but in very small portions... honestly ... everything is in small portions.... The only thing I cant do now ... is eat like a normal person....

honestly ... I think it got worse becos a coping mechanism was removed and loss of the only "control" or lack of ... contributed to aggravating the depression/anxiety/aggression.

Was also told: "ALWAYS!!! Eat the Muffin" POW POW POW~!

I suppose you meant pre-sleeve... Well... my most embarrassing moment was post-sleeve... When I finished my meal.... had a sip of Water, and all of a sudden ....... this great big glop of slime came out of my mouth onto the plate....

Guess being hairy around the belly might help to cover the scars too?

There is alot of Vitamin B in Beer.... Well... having said that, I cant chug as much or as fast as I used too... which kinda irritates me cos all my drinking buddies think I'm sick or facing some serious problems ... ( I havent told them abt the sleeve). Well.... on the other hand... it is nice to finally be able to drink at a leisurely pace for a change and truly enjoy the drink...

Glad abt the extended wood... kinda feel like Pinocchio's in my pants. and glad the Ladies are here too quite frankly ... if it's not for the ladies ... who is it for? I feel my right hand getting jealous. hahahahaha

Oh well,.... just shaved my head for Cancer Anyway ... stalls over ... weight loss is good.... But still feeling miserable .... Started seein a shrink and I'm on wellbutrin ... seraquill .... xanax... and some other benzo... and another SSRI.... (cant remember the names of the 2 drugs) Still no difference....

And Mrs Macs meat pies....with sauce of course.... Kangaroo sausages....
