Great question! I have PCOS and even laser treatments didn't get rid of my excess hair! Hoping this surgery will help with ovulation. My reproductive endocrinologist is actually the one that recommended the surgery. I'd love to hear stories from others with PCOS!

Mine was supportive and encouraging, BUT...getting him to fill out the monthly weigh in's and send them to the surgeon has been like pulling teeth! I have had to beg and cry. I think there was a major miscommunication issue between pcp and surgeon and I think it has been rectified. Hoping for a call with a surgery date sometime this week! -

I haven't gotten my date yet, still waiting on insurance approval. I have been told early July is a good possibility! It feels like a "hurry up and wait" situation : ) I am so ready to get this over with!
