I've never heard of a waist binder, what is the purpose of it?

Had Surgery with Dr. Garcia 6/29. They have a wonderful staff and take great care of you. Don't forget after surgery to walk walk walk.

I'm glad to hear all turned out well for you. I'm hoping once he get's in there he discovers he can take the gallbladder out (especially since I've already been diagnoses with gallstones) and be done with it all at once.

My surgery is 6/29 in Mexico and as of right now Dr. Garcia plans on taking my gallbladder out at the same time as my VSG "if he deems it's safe". I don't have insurance so I hope my surgery is uneventful and he can do it.

I'm having my surgery 6/29 with Dr. Garcia also. You'll be two weeks ahead of me, would love to have you keep me posted with your progress.
