Hey all....I feel li,e I have. Even gone forever........sorry long weekend..,,,so chia seeds are amazing but after surgery we can never use them....they expand ten time the amou t in your tummy....just so everyone knows....I am on my fitness too AmythistRas and I am also on Facebook KjarluneRae. I hope everyone is doing amazing I am on day 21 on my liquid diet....9 days till I go wooohooooo......11 days till surgery...l...hugs to all!!!!!!!

Hey my sister......I was out today and read this in the morning.....was in a huge hurry to get home so I could message......I am about to tip my hat and I am hoping I will not be out of place......but I know a thing or two about dreams,.....at least in that is the claim........typically a dream of death is a fear of the change you are about to undergo.....letting go of the old and becoming a new person.........it is usually the fear of the ending of something but in your case....I think it is the fear of not changing....the fear that you Re going through all of this and it doesn't work........but and this is where I tip my hat... I have been known by a few hundred thousand people to be reasonably accurate.........grin.....you are going to do great sweetheart.....the weight is coming off and you are goi g to feel and be in a great place in your life.......your subconscious knows you are in for a lot of changes andi is just making room......suggestion.....get some smokey quartz angel....you feel people and food has been a vice for you.....have smokey quartz with you and things with calm down......hugs.....

Hey all....yes I screwed up and added fruit at first too.......it didn't effect me too bad I have lost fifteen pounds so far.....5more to go to reach goal for pre op.....mine is 9200. I chose Alveraz because a client went to him....self pay....I am getting a little freaked though because I see stuff like EKG, haven't had one........I hope my blood work and liver wil be ok..........starting to get nervous......the 4 weeks is killer....sorry sweetie but it is...I am on day 15 and getting pissy.....I do not think it is helping that everyone wants too party for my birthday...the acid reflux is getting it of hand....there has got to be a better way to shrink the liver........protein shakes get rude after two weeks...worse than that we have liquids after too....yep I a, pretty frustrated today.........sorry guys

Everything is mind over matter...Your hormone hunger trigger no longer exists...keep telling yourself that you are not hungry and that food is no longer your crutch....now healing is all you care about.....say it enough and it works....actually just by making the decision that you are no longer hungry it works...

A client of mine is good friends with Head of Bariatric in Alberta and she contacted him as soon as I told her which surg I was going with... Dr A is the only Dr in Mexico that hospitals in Alberta have not heard about....the good thing about this is that the only time a Dr here will here about a Dr somewhere else is if they are fixing their mistakes.... SO I was told he was the perfect Dr. to go with....I can hardly wait to meet him...still scared but good scared... *Grin*

I am from Canada so you may have to look it up but I get it from Community Natural foods....the brand I use is from the same makers as Zylitol it tastes and acts like brown sugar but is low glycemic like everything coconut and does not effect blood sugars at all..It is also natural....very good....

Coconut sugar......yummmmmm and is low on the glycemic level...way better for you then sweetener....

Welcome everyone who has come in to our group recently....Good news for me day 8 of liquid pre op.....and down 10 pounds...bad news I am exhausted with work and dizzy.....more gaterade apparently..... hugs all hope everyone is having a great Friday the 13th....

hey hun, I have been dizzy for the last week on my pre op and my nurse informed me it is not enough carbs... apparently a fine line between low carb and too low carb...so two things she said to do..one: eat someone with sugar....and two: gaterade because your electro lights are down...

what are these bullets?

You guys are sweet and thank you...but and I cannot stress this enough it is mind over matter....if you create by saying over and over a bigger fear then the head hunger you will fly threw your liquid pre op no question....it may sound crazy but I have convinced myself that if I cheat I will die on the table....that is not an option for me...I have also convinced myself that if I do not cheat not only will I survive but I will fly right through surgery.... ​it is on the same premise as hypnotherapy guys....I am in the mental business...lol.... hugs
