What was a typical workout week for u??

Its killin me. I dont have a scale to weigh myself. Last time I weighEd was three Weeks ago. I was down 50lbs since the surgery then 73 all together. Now I wonder what I weigh ive lost 9 inches around my hips thats all I know. Its frustrating and exciting. I'm gonna have to break down and buy a new scale. My old one got left behind when I moved a month ago :/

Right me too. Men in my family eat like horses and its sickening to watch them go plate after plate makes me naseous lol

Thx. I'm seeing the difference too. The stalls are so frustrating or especially like today I gain a lb or two them lose a lb or two but never really go father than that.

Presurgery weight 313 DOS 2/ 26/13 290lbs Cw 239 -51 lBS since surgery I too have a lot of stalls. Frustrating aren't they, I notice the skin in my arms tightening tho I'm in the blue suit that is pre oP. Blue lace shirt is recent. [ATTACH]12567[/ATTACH]

Can totally identify. I had a leak immediatley after surgery 2/26 and it caused 3 large abscesses my fever spiked to 106 and I went septic and ended up in icu with 4 drains. Spent 24 days in the hospital. I'm now 8 weeks out. It was a difficult journey and I'm looking forward to my energy level coming back and these side pains to go away. I also have alot of naseua throughout my day. We been get through it!

Im not taking them everyday, I forget, but I try. If I dont eat beforehand I throw them up. :/ I had a leak tho and I was in the hospital 3x for a total of 24 days. I went septic and was in icu. Im so over being "sick" and recovering. I'm a week away from 2 months sleeved. Im impatient I guess. How about u, hows ur journey?

Hey all, hows everyone doing? Well so far ive been on a pretty slow start. Been naseous and queasy in the mornings and throughout the day. Having a hard time with my protien and water. It feels like I can do one or the other. When did u guys start to feel "normal" again. I'm always having aches in my stomach. I cant wait to get my energy back! I've lost 42lbs since my surgery (2/26) and 65 altogether!! Woo hoo! Movin to Louisiana in 25 days cant believe all this is happening soon its gonna be a brand new me! Starting weight: 313 Surgery Weight: 290 Currently: 248

I drink half grape juice and half water and dilute my drinks to get more water in. my water doesnt taste good. I think its weird lol. Thats great! No pain for 48hrs! Ive been without fever for a week and a half now. So I know you must be celebrating. Its exciting when you finally get on the mend and are able to watch the weight fall off. I had completley forgot I was supposed to be losing weight haha now im 42lbs down.

oh definatley. How are you feeling. Kidney stones are painful. Ive had only one before.

Had bbq chicken today. Been hard figuring out what my tummys tellin me and what different pains are. Walkin on elliptical. Been out of the hospital for a week today. Had all my drains pulled today. Starting to feel normal. After the kidney stones are over and you start to feel normal again it will get better. Food will be delicious. Flavors are great, food goes down better. I still have problems with water, hot beverages go down better for me. And for some reason I crave milk lol but you'll be great soon. Still praying for you!

Yea I lost my apetite for so long. Could barely drink water. I'm happy to want food again. Had bbq chixken

Praying for you queen bee. I had a leak and after we thought I was on the mend lost 34 lbs, then had emergency drains put in for an abcess that popped up went septic, gained 30lbs iv fluid spent 20 days in the hospital all together. I know how it feels to feel like youve been set back. I now have lost 36lbs and am on the mend. You will get better and it will all be worth it. Keep your chin up : D

Im having the same problem for 3 Weeks now. Lower back pain is intense. What was ur diagnosis and how did you get it to go away.

Haha I just bought sr cream yesterday for beans. Today I had some beef jerky and chewed very well. It was delicious no discomfort then early afternoon started running a fever of 100.8 been trying to knock it out for about 8-10 hrs. No fun but tomorrow is another day. Im tryin to keep my water intake up. 26# is awesome!! Its exciting huh? What are ur stats. Glad to have a same day buddy!! My hands and feet are looking weird lol less puffy and long. when I try to relax I feel bony sometimes like crossing my legs. Its awesome . Keep up the good work ladies. Tomorrow I start the eliptical if my fever is gone (prayers please).

Congrats in hitting the 200s prettylilheart!!. Excited for u. U r so positive. I had my follow up today. They pulled 1/3 drains. It hurt like heck. Apparently the tissue grew around it and it was stuck. He said I have a few more visits before um back on a regular track like everyone else. I'm moved to soft foods, I made tuna salad and its been uneasy so far. My stomach hurts when I stretch it. Going it goes away soon. Got my staples out catscan on the 22nd and how to be where everyone else is in the 26th. Lost 28lbs so far since surgery. Im at 266

Woo hoo! Mine is tomorrow. Ive been in a lot of pain today. So how they'll refill my Tylenol/codiene script. I cant sleep without it. Theres too much pain

I like those outlets. Volleyball would be so much fun. And what girl doesn't love shopping and bubble baths. Definatley something to work towards, now I wanna hurry and get cleared lol. I have an eliptical at home.

I'm a cna. and I'm rooting for you. you'll b in the 2's!! I get to move up in food phases Thursday. I'm having terrible heartburn tho.

Oh and im 24 so we are close in stats. My mom is an RN and harps on me about my fluid intake. She had sleeve done in July and is down almost 80lbs I believe.
