  1. OMG! I laughed so hard, I nearly peed my pants. I so know exactly what you're talking about. I am currently a 44 DD/DDD and I am having my surgery 6/19. I actually want mine to go away so they will probably stick around. :) I'm not worried about the nips looking at the floor because they already do and have for years. (I got too big too fast as an adolescent) I'm thinking some lifting, nipping & tucking may be in my future but we'll see what happens first. Keep up the great work on your blogs. I really enjoy reading what you have to say.

  2. I'm ok with the catheter. It doesn't hurt and it makes things so much easier when it hurts to get out of bed. I had one when I had a spinal block for my c-section and could get out of bed for 24 hours. That one went in while I was awake and before I was numb and it wasn't bad. At least they wait to cath you when you're asleep with this surgery.(At least at my hospital they won't)

  3. Marisa,

How long do you have to go? I start my pre-op diet on 6/14 for surgery 6/19. I'll keep the hot water trick in mind. Pebbles: Lucky you! One place I went to was 2 weeks, the other was 10 days. The center I'm going through requires only 5 days. Not looking forward to it especially since I have to do the liquids, purees and softs for 6 weeks post surgery. "Real" food will not return until at least August. Good luck to all!!!

  4. I'm June 19th. Nervous as anything but also so excited for this new start. I feel so lucky that I only have to do the pre-op liquid diet for 5 days. So I start mine next thursday. Be strong, you can do it. I'll be thinking about you!
