I drink coffee more now than I did preband, must be old age. Splenda and powdered creamer. After a hard day of Christmas shopping, I had a white chocolate mocha, decaf of course, LOL.

There are too many threads to list, I would suggest you go to the heading of Support, browse through the thread tops and see one that catches your eye then dig in. I'd also suggest looking for the threads with the most views and responses, then you know it's a good one with lots of info. Good luck!

Congratulations on being noticed! My DH was always the type that would say, "are you going to eat that", but now he tells me almost everyday that I'm falling off to nothing, needless to say, I'm far from that, LOL.

Ira, 125 for a goal weight for a man???? I'm only 5'2 and I don't think that's a do-able goal for me. Heck I'd be happy at 135, well at this point 150's looking good.

OMG, this has to be one of the most beautiful little girl rooms I've ever seen. What a talented DH you have. What did he use for the purple trim along the edge of the wall unit.
