That almost makes me want to pb just thinking about being that tight again. Like Kare, I tried to maintain the "over"fill for a month, it was awful, I won't try to be a martyr again, that slight unfill did the trick. I had a smidgen more added in September, and will probably get a little more after Christmas, but the thought of being too tight again really scares me.

Speaking of Cracker Barrell, have you guys, (don't look Cheri), tried that Christmas Santa salad with all those mandarin oranges, chicken and special dressing, OMG, Yummmmm. Hugs Cheri, it does get better, MUCH BETTER! Like I said on another thread earlier, I went through the OMG, what have I done stage too. Even now, I get aggrivated because I want something different and then it won't stay down, but I'm so much happier than I was a year ago. My how the first year flies by.

I've had that pain before, it's a very strong pain. I ate a handfull of Tums and it finally went away. My shoulder felt like I'd just gotten out of surgery, so I figured it had to be some type of gas issue.

I didn't cheat while on liquids or mushies, but as time goes on, I find it much more tempting to eat the easy stuff. Today, I was shopping and wanting fast food, not because I like it, but I was in a hurry. I ended up not eating until a few minutes ago and my choice of the day, ERRRRR, a Sonic ice cream cone, 30 degree weather.

That happened to me on about my 3rd day. My son was sitting beside me and had brought home an order of sushi, I thought, OMG, what have I done! Then the wonderful people here reminded me this is only temporary, that I'd eventually be able to eat real food again, but I would be more inclined to make better choices. It will pass and you'll be so glad you've taken this giant step to improve your health and life.

Isn't it amazing we always look at what comes back, hoping to determine what caused the damn slime/pb anyway. I usually find myself saying to myself, so that's what caused this.
