Sherry, if I could wear my night shirt to work every day, I think I would be so much more productive. There's something about working without shoes or bra that makes the day more comfy. Needless to say, when I found out my picture was on the cover of this brochure that was mailed to many, many homes I was shocked, then to find it on the Op Smile website. Cindy, Picasa is a free photo program. It will allow you to crop, but not select the size. Gotta run the bug man is coming today, I have a terrible time with those nasty silverfish. Later gals.

I've been banded almost two years and I don't dare try solids before 10:00, and it's not because I'm too restricted, just the nature of MY band.

Kat, sorry about the SIL, sounds like she's gonna have to learn the hard way, who would want to make anothe roud trip 12 hr drive, the poor baby to boot. I hate to travel. Cindy, we use to fly the 2 flags at the end of our driveway, one on each side, which is quite a way off the road, and some person left a message in our mail box that we needed to read the rules of displaying the flat and that if we didn't have a light on it every night that we needed to take it down. I realize there is a proper way to do things, but at least we were attempting to support our troops and our country. We usually took them down at night, but some times, being the old folks that we are, we'd forget. People....some of them should go get a life and leave others alone. My doctor told me anything that would go through a straw, but don't use a straw. Did you know watered down sausage gravy will go through a straw, yummmm. Carnation instant breakfast too. I wasn't on clear liquids, thank goodness.

I didn't have much gas pain in my tummy, but my left shoulder ached all the time. Now almost two years later, that's where I get the majority of my gas. I keep Tums, fast dissolving in my bedside table. Take two every nite, also helping the Calcium intake, LOL.

The lemon is probably to kill the taste, I can only imagine, yuk! If I had to sip for an hour, my pain would have been gone long before the hour, LOL. Fortunately, I've never had a pb/golf ball feeling last more than a few minutes. Like Mandy, if it don't go down, it usually comes back up.

It's not really a secret to me, but when people inquire about my weight loss, (I'll share with anyone who wants to listen), but some times it's just not the right place or time to explain, so I just say I'm trying to eat healthier and more Protein. Seems to do the trick for me.

My friend was having sever pain, turned out to be her gall bladder, yikes, over flowing with stones..Yikes! If it's that painful, check it out with your doctor.

Protein, protein, protein, it reallllly does help with the hunger. Have you tried egg drop soup, tuna fish? I used a lot of hard candy to suck on for those super head hunger moments.

I never knew that if you were living together in a state that believes in "Common Law" marriages, that ya have to get a divorce. Just when I thought I knew everything, LMAO On a more serious note, keep in mind if the ex BF gets a new girl friend, she may not like sharing that money with you, so keep that in mind too while you're being nice.

The state should have a website that if you punch in the numbers it will calculate and give you the $$ you should expect. Good luck, which ever route you take, it's not gonna be pleasant, cause no body likes someone else's hands in their wallet.
