In October 2006 I weighed 320 pounds. I lost from 2006-2010 down to 160 pounds. At that time my doctor put me on Thyroid medicine and between 2010 and 2011 I gained back up to 280 pounds. I tried all the things I did the first time and nothing worked I would only eat turkey vegetables and fruit to only gain even more weight. I knew for my health I could not allow myself to reach the 300 pound mark and that is when I started my journey with Dr. Turton. I have had weight issues my whole life being mostly morbidly obese and thought I had it under control until I was put on Thyroid meds. I now go to the gym 5 or more times a week burning around a 1000 calories on the treadmill for an hour. I have now started adding the weight machines to help with some of the skin.
